Incorporated sustainable design elements like daylighting and center uses 30 percent less water and 27 percent less energy than similar facilities. LEED Silver Certified.

Assisted in developing ways for community and staff to provide input on project planning, site selection and key milestones.

Achieved owners’ wish list items while controlling cost and schedule constraints.
