Q1 2026: Building Momentum for a Year of Impact
The first quarter of 2026 marked a strong and purposeful start for Hplex Solutions. Across projects, partnerships, and community involvement, our team remained focused on delivering healthcare environments that support better outcomes: for patients, providers, and the communities they serve.
Advancing Healthcare Through Thoughtful Development
This quarter, we celebrated major milestones that reflect the power of collaboration and strategic execution. The ribbon cutting of ThedaCare Medical Center–Oshkosh, Wisconsin brought together more than 1,000 community members and project partners, marking the completion of a vital healthcare campus that will expand access to care across the region.
From early planning through construction and activation, our role as Owner’s Representative ensured alignment across all stakeholders, helping transform a complex vision into a fully operational, patient-centered facility.
We also continued to deliver impactful projects closer to home, including
- Mercy Health’s Sleep Medicine Center in Boardman, Ohio. This new facility brings Mercy Health’s sleep medicine services together under one roof, expanding access to care and enhancing the patient experience.
- A suite refresh for Central Ohio Surgical Associates in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
- Grand opening of MedOne Healthcare Partners’ new primary care clinic in Columbus.
- Grand opening of 5 Rivers Health Center’s Xenia Campus in Ohio. This new location brings together behavioral health, pediatrics, podiatry, primary care, women’s health, and dental services in one convenient setting.
- Numerous major medical equipment replacements including MRI, CT, Hybrid Operating Rooms, and general Surgical modernizations.
Investing in People, Partnerships, and Community
Our impact extends beyond the buildings we help create. Throughout Q1, our team remained actively engaged in initiatives that strengthen both our industry and our communities.
We were proud to support organizations like the American Heart Association through events such as Wear Red Day and the Heart Ball, helping raise awareness and funding for critical health initiatives. Our team also dedicated time to volunteer efforts, supporting local organizations focused on food security and community wellbeing.
Internally, we continued to invest in our people through team development, collaboration, and advanced safety training. From Life Safety Code certifications to ongoing team engagement, we are committed to continuous improvement in how we serve our clients and each other.
Looking Ahead
As we move further into 2026, the momentum from Q1 reinforces our commitment to delivering healthcare environments that make a difference. Whether guiding large-scale developments, supporting infrastructure improvements, or managing properties with precision, our focus remains the same: creating spaces where care can thrive.
We are grateful for the trust of our clients and partners and look forward to building on this strong foundation in the months ahead.
