As we wrapped up the second quarter of the year, Hplex Solutions is proud to share several exciting updates across our teams and projects. From expanding our reach to investing in curb appeal and community involvement, Q2 has been full of progress and momentum.
Welcoming a New Maintenance Technician
We’re excited to welcome a new maintenance technician to our Property Management team. With the continued growth of our portfolio, expanding our in-house expertise ensures we can maintain the high level of service our clients expect.
Spring Landscaping Walk-Throughs
Spring brought fresh energy and fresh landscaping! Our team conducted walk-throughs at all properties under our care to ensure they looked their best. New plants and mulch were added to enhance curb appeal and ensure each building reflects the professionalism of the tenants inside.
Expanding into Dayton, Ohio
Our Property Management Team has been asked to expand our current footprint in Dayton to a new campus.With new clients and properties in the area, we’re bringing the Hplex standard of care to more healthcare spaces across Ohio.
Interior Renovations Underway
Q2 also marked the kickoff of several interior renovation projects; including several surgical, primacy care and radiation oncology modernizations. We’re working closely with our clients to create functional, refreshed environments that support their operations and elevate the patient experience.
New Clients & Active Development
We’ve welcomed several new clients to the Hplex family and are actively managing over million square feet of healthcare development across a variety of project types. Our Owner Representation services continue to be a cornerstone of our work, guiding healthcare organizations through every phase of development, from initial planning and budgeting to construction oversight and final delivery. By acting as an extension of our clients’ teams, we ensure projects stay on track, aligned with strategic goals, and built to support long-term operational success. Each project is a reflection of our commitment to delivering value-driven, client-focused solutions tailored specifically to the needs of the healthcare industry. Tariffs, local geographic labor shortages and supply chain challenges continue to be at the forefront of project discussions as a risk that we tackle and overcome daily with our Teams.
