HPLEX AND AUSTIN SCOTT
Building Success Through Teamwork
We are proud to announce that Austin Scott, a dedicated defensive lineman for the Capital University football team, has joined the Hplex Team as a company motivator and public relations ambassador. His new Hplex role celebrates our shared values of discipline, excellence, and teamwork. Our commitment to supporting Division 3 athletes runs deep: our founder and CEO, Denny Freudeman, also played football at Capital University. The lessons he learned on the field, from teamwork, discipline and perseverance, laid the foundation for his future success in business and leadership. Denny knows firsthand how valuable the Division 3 experience can be, and that’s why he’s passionate about giving back and supporting players like Austin as they pursue their own dreams. Whether you are executing a complex project or defending the end zone, success requires a coordinated team effort. Austin embodies and enhances the spirit of our company, and we are thrilled to support his journey.
Meet Austin Scott
Austin brings passion and grit to everything he does. Hailing from Loganville, Georgia, he is currently transitioning into his junior year at Capital University. As a defensive lineman, he anchors his team with physical strength and quick thinking.
His ambitions extend far beyond the football field. Austin plans to attend medical school to become a doctor. His profound drive to help others aligns seamlessly with our mission to improve healthcare facilities and support the medical community.
The Division 3 Difference
Division 3 athletes represent a unique kind of dedication. They play purely for the love of the game and the teamwork it teaches each and every player. Austin competes to be part of a unified team, to strive for excellence, and to win championships for his university.
Playing at this level teaches essential life skills that translate directly into professional success. Being a student-athlete requires intense discipline, multitasking, and exceptional time management. Football teaches athletes how to win with humility and lose with dignity. It shows them the value of hard work, demonstrating how to earn a spot from the scout squad all the way to the first team. These experiences deeply prepare student-athletes for demanding careers after graduation.

Solving problems with strategic and creative solutions.
Fixing mistakes quickly and efficiently to keep the project moving forward.
Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
Focusing relentlessly on the final goal.
Adapting to challenges on the spot when conditions change.
