Quarter One Highlights: Growth, Impact, and a Strong Start to 2025

As we wrap up the first quarter of 2025, we’re proud to reflect on a season of significant milestones, meaningful progress, and a continued commitment to excellence in healthcare real estate development and property management. Our success is measured not only by the projects we complete, but by the people and communities we serve, and the dedicated team that makes it all happen.

Facility Openings
We kicked off the year with three ribbon cuttings, marking the completion and grand openings of:

• ThedaCare – Fond du Lac

• Mount Carmel – Dublin

• Trinity Health – Infusion Center

Each of these facilities represents years of collaboration, planning, and execution—and more importantly, they now serve patients and providers with updated, efficient, and welcoming environments.

Infrastructure & Property Management Updates
Behind the scenes, we also completed critical infrastructure upgrades, including chiller replacements and fire suppression system improvements across several sites. These upgrades ensure safe, reliable building performance that supports the daily operations of our healthcare partners.

Our Property Management team has been busy preparing facilities for spring. From landscape cleanups to maintenance refreshes, their efforts ensure every Hplex-managed property is not only functional but visually reflects the care we put into our work.

Community Engagement
Giving back is core to who we are. In Q1, team members volunteered with two community organizations, supporting local efforts and reinforcing our commitment to service beyond the job site.

Celebrating Team Culture
While we take our work seriously, we also celebrate the personal moments that shape our team culture:

• Izzy, our beloved office dog, turned two! She continues to bring joy, stress relief, and the occasional distraction to our workdays.

• Cash, our CFO, survived coaching a team of first graders in flag football: a true testament to leadership, patience, and agility in high-stakes environments (on and off the field).

• And we’re excited to share that David, John, and Dylan are all expecting new additions to their families in Q3. Congratulations to each of them as they prepare for this exciting new chapter.
