Hplex Solutions served as the developer and continues as property manager for Walnut Creek Wellness Center, a modern medical office building completed in 2018. The building received a BOMA TOBY Award in 2025.

The 30,056-square-foot, two-story facility brings together six healthcare tenants, offering primary care, OBGYN, orthopedics, plastic surgery, aesthetics, and lab services, within a cohesive and contemporary environment. Located in the heart of Gahanna’s medical corridor, just one mile from I-270 and four miles from John Glenn Columbus International Airport, Walnut Creek combines accessibility with best-in-class infrastructure and community impact.
